This Privacy Policy explains how Sprint collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Sprint mobile app and related library/admin web tools.
Who we are
Sprint helps people send print and related jobs to nearby libraries/print shops and track order status. Contact: sprintxapp@outlook.com.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, name, phone (if provided), password (stored securely by our auth provider).
- Order data: selected library/services, quantities, notes, order status, payment status/method.
- Files you upload: PDFs/images attached to cart/order items for printing or fulfillment.
- Device/app data: basic technical info needed to run the app (e.g. push notification tokens if enabled).
How we use information
- Create and manage your account
- Place, fulfill, and track print/service orders
- Share necessary order/file details with the chosen library
- Send transactional notifications (order updates)
- Process online payments via our payment partner when you choose to pay online
- Improve reliability, security, and support
Sharing
We share order and file information with the library you select so they can fulfill your job. We use infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, authentication, database, file storage, push notifications, payments) to operate Sprint. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Cash at pickup and online payment (card or mobile wallet, when enabled) are supported. Online payments are processed by our payment partner (Paymob). Sprint does not store full card numbers on our servers.
Data retention
We keep account and order records as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may request account deletion from Profile in the app.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (including encrypted transport and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
- Update profile details in the app
- Log out on shared devices
- Contact us to correct or delete personal data where applicable
Children
Sprint is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
